1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Creator Empire platform at creator-empire-ugc.top-waren.de between the provider (Creator Empire) and the user (business, agency or creator).
Conflicting terms of the user apply only if we expressly agree in writing.
2. Service description
Creator Empire offers in particular:
- AI-assisted UGC script creation (Wizard, Quick Mode)
- Link-to-Video / URL-to-script workflows
- Video studio features (where enabled)
- Project, team and agency workflows including production
- Credits-based usage model and optional subscriptions
Scope may vary by plan, feature flags and role. AI output is advisory and does not replace legal, tax or advertising review.
3. Registration & account
- Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
- Email verification and content-rights consent may be required for certain features.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, legal violations or payment default.
4. Credits, pricing & payments
- Many actions consume credits as shown in the app/pricing.
- Free credits and promotional balance may be limited or time-bound.
- Paid plans and credit packs are processed via payment providers (e.g. Stripe); their terms also apply.
- Prices are subject to statutory VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Consumed credits are generally non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
5. Usage rights & content
Users retain ownership of briefs, product information and uploaded media where entitled. By upload/generation users grant us rights necessary to operate the service.
Users must have all rights to product images, brands, faces and music and comply with TikTok, shop and advertising rules.
6. AI generation & availability
AI results may be incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable. We do not guarantee reach, conversion or approval outcomes. Service interruptions do not automatically entitle users to reductions unless we are at fault or mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Prohibited use
Prohibited use includes abusive scraping/API use, circumventing credit limits, uploading unlawful content, harassing other users, and use for illegal advertising, fraud or discriminatory content.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable typical damage. Users are responsible for publishing and promoting user-generated content.
9. Term & cancellation
Free use may be ended by deleting the account. Subscriptions may be cancelled per the stated notice periods. We may terminate for important cause.
10. Applicable law & jurisdiction
German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection at the user's residence remains unaffected.
11. Final provisions
If individual provisions are invalid, the remainder remains effective. The current version on the website applies. Last updated: 15. Juli 2026.
